Scope.

This website is an informational presentation of the product range of ZFM Trading, a brand of WILDADS - FZCO, a free zone company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence no. 50066). It is addressed exclusively to business customers — retailers, wholesalers and distributors — and not to consumers. It is not an online shop: no prices are shown, no order can be placed and no payment can be made on this site.

How an order comes about.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. An order comes into existence only when we and the customer confirm it to each other in writing after a personal online meeting. Product availability, specifications, quantities, prices, delivery terms and payment terms are agreed individually in that meeting and set out in that written confirmation, which prevails over anything shown here.

Intellectual property.

The layout, text, photography and arrangement of this website belong to WILDADS - FZCO and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission. All third-party brand names, product names, logos and packaging images shown here belong to their respective proprietors and are reproduced by WILDADS - FZCO solely to identify the goods it distributes; their appearance implies no ownership by us and no endorsement by the proprietors beyond our distribution arrangements. Trademark rights in the United Arab Emirates are governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks. If you are a proprietor and object to a depiction, write to us and we will remove it.

Product information.

Product descriptions, images and any nutrition values shown here are indicative and taken from the manufacturer's specifications; recipes, formats and packaging change from time to time. The label on the packaging supplied to you is the binding source for ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, storage conditions and shelf life. Where we describe products as halal, that description rests on the certification held by the producer for the market concerned; we verify those certificates and make copies available to trade partners on request. The range shown may differ by destination market, and product information must be checked against the labelling rules of the destination market before resale.

Accuracy and liability.

We take care to keep the information on this site current and accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or omission, and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to; their operators are solely responsible for them.

Governing law and jurisdiction.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. This choice does not remove the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country in which a business partner is established, nor any mandatory provision of European Union or German law that applies to our activities there. If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
