What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and destination — typically full cartons, with mixed pallets possible for many lines. We agree the exact minimum together in your order meeting.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently serve Germany and Türkiye in Europe, and Syria, Lebanon, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar in the Middle East. Other destinations are possible on request — ask us in a meeting.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed exclusively through an online meeting. Book a slot on our Book a Meeting page, join via Google Meet, and we confirm products, quantities and terms together. There is no webshop checkout.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed individually in your meeting — typically bank transfer against invoice. We will explain the options for your country and order size.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Sample packages can be arranged for serious retail and wholesale inquiries — mention it when you book your meeting and we will prepare a selection for your market.
Do you offer private label production?
For selected product families and sufficient volumes, our partner manufacturers can produce under your own brand. Bring your requirements to a meeting and we will assess feasibility together.
What are the delivery lead times?
Lead times depend on the product and the destination. Direct-from-factory orders typically take a few weeks depending on production schedules and shipping route — we give you a concrete timeline with your order confirmation.
